Orangesicle Jello Cookies
Tasty orange-flavored cookies with lots of white chocolate chips to give it a creamsicle flavor. Fast and easy recipe. Perfect for Halloween and parties.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup shortening I use butter flavored
- 3/4 cups white sugar
- 1 6 oz. package Orange Jello
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 11 oz. package white chocolate chips
- 1 package edible decorative eyes
Instructions
- Cream together butter, shortening, jello, and sugar.
- Add eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and finally flour.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into golfball size balls. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Place in 375-degree oven for about 12 minutes or until bottoms begin to brown.
- Take cookies out of the oven and place eyes on cookies immediately. Then allow cookies to cool.
