  • Air Fryer

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and softened butter until the mixture looks like crumbs.
  • Add Italian seasoning, garlic, and onion powder. Gently fold in until evenly distributed. Do not over mix.
  • Add the eggs to the mixture. Stir until eggs are well combined in the mixture. Do not over mix.
  • Slowly stir in milk. Mix until combined. Fold in cheese. Form the dough into a ball.
  • On a floured surface, roll out biscuit dough until it is about 1/4"-1/2" thickness, depending on preference, with the rim of a cup, cookie-cutter, or canning jar ring.
  • Spray cooking spray inside the air fryer basket and layer rack (if you choose to use one). Place the cut out biscuits single-layered on the bottom of the basket, and on the rack. Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees, and the timer to 9 minutes. (If making more than 8 biscuits, it may take a couple of batches to bake all of them). If using a traditional oven, place on greased baking sheets and cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Once the baking cycle is complete, remove from the basket and allow them to cool on a plate or wire rack. Enjoy as a side dish or for as a snack.
