In a microwavable measuring cup, boil water (about 1 min. 30 sec)
Stir gelatin into hot water. Stir until all gelatin dissolves.
Pour gelatin mixture into blender. Then add fruit, marshmallows, and honey.
Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined baking dish.
Place mixture in freezer for 30 mins. Make sure dish is level.
Remove baking dish from freezer. Use cookie cutter to cut out desired shapes.
You can use other fruit for this recipe, however the texture will come out fluffier and uneven. These jiggly fruit stars can be left on the counter for awhile, but if left out too long they will become hardened.
