Equipment

  • molds (chocolate, candy, jello, or fondant) and dropper.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Juice Your choice of juice. (I prefer white grape so colors don't clash).
  • 1 box 3 oz. Jello or Generic Gelatin Dessert mix your favorite flavor
  • 7 tbsp Unflavored gelatin powder (one small envelop of unflavored gelatin usually equals 1 tbsp.)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, pour in juice, jello mix, unflavored gelatin, sugar and honey. Allow ingredients to absorb for a few minutes.
  • Turn on the stove to medium heat. Slowly whisk ingredients together until graininess of texture is dissolved to a smooth liquid. Do not allow mixture to come to boil.
  • Turn off heat and add the heavy whipping cream. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Lay out candy molds and apply thin layer of cooking spray.
  • Using a dropper, fill each cavity of the molds slowly. Continue until all cavities of the molds are filled or you run out of mixture.
  • Allow to sit for 5 minutes before transferring them to a freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Pop gummies out of molds and enjoy! Store in refrigerator.

Notes

These gummies can stay at room temperature for awhile, but for best results keep refrigerated.
